Post Offer Exam Tests are primarily a one-hour exam based on the essential job functions set forth in the Functional Job Description. The exam is designed for New Applicants, Internal Transfers and if there is a concern with Accommodations or Returning to the Job Full Duty.

A post-offer exam is a one hour physical test to determine if the applicant can perform the essential job tasks in which they are being hired for.  If an applicant cannot meet the essential requirements for the job, the employer may not hire the applicant. The exam involves a lift test, endurance component, flexibility, and functional activities such as ladder climbing, crawling, squatting, pushing/pulling, that may be essential on a particular job.
